This document describes code designed to apply atmospheric corrections and a suite of ocean color algorithms to level 1B data from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer (MODIS). The main focus of this document is to describe the structure, components and implementation of the MODIS ocean color and sea-surface temperature (SST) processing codes.
